1. Program Description

Turned Leaf Psychiatry LLC (“Turned Leaf Psychiatry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS (text message) communications to patients and individuals who opt in. These messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations

  • Scheduling updates

  • Billing notifications

  • Practice updates

  • Administrative communications

  • Responses to patient inquiries

SMS messaging is intended for convenience and administrative communication only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, therapy, crisis intervention, or emergency services.

2. HIPAA & Sensitive Information Notice

As a psychiatric practice, we are committed to protecting patient confidentiality.
