Finding Our Office We are located on the second floor of the West Jackson Street executive suites, directly above Krilakis Greek Restaurant. To reach us, walk through the breezeway past the restaurant and take the elevator on your left to the second floor. Once you exit the elevator, head straight into the suites. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room, and your provider will greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
