These are our current cash out-of-pocket prices where insurance is not applied.

As for insurance, your costs will be whatever your plan’s co-pay is. For example, it is 50$ per visit, then that will all you will be responsible for.

Currently, we are working on getting credentialed through several different insurance providers.

Please read through the following to see where we are at in the process

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (Credentialing Pending) Please note that if you are a BCBS member, then the charge for the initial visit will be $165, and then for each follow-up ($115)

  • We are in Network with UHC/UMR

  • Currently awaiting Aetna credentialing.

  • Cigna (Out of Network) Currently working on credetialing with Cigna. For now initial visit is (165$), then ($115) for each follow-up

  • Not in network with Ambetter. Initial visit charge is (165$) and follow-ups are (115$)

  • Molina-(Credentialing Pending) Until Credentialed, 165$ for initial visit and 115$ for follow up visits.

  • Credentialed

  • Medicaid (Credentialing Pending) Free of Charge until credentialed.

  • (Credentialing Pending) Free of Charge until credentialed.
