These are our current cash out-of-pocket prices where insurance is not applied.

As for insurance, your costs will be whatever your plan’s co-pay is. For example, it is 50$ per visit, then that will all you will be responsible for.

Currently, we are working on getting credentialed through several different insurance providers.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (Credentialing Pending) Please note that if you are a BCBS member, then the charge for the initial visit will be $100, and then for each follow-up ($75)

  • UHC- (Out of Network; will get credentialed for in-network)

    UMR- (Out of Network; will get credentialed for in-network)

  • Aetna (Out of Network; will get credentialed for in-network)

  • Cigna (Out of Network; will get credentialed for in-network)
